  Spence Funeral was the most caring funeral services provider I contacted during the process of locating a cremation service for my mother on behalf of my father. Had my father had to endure the cold sales pitches others I contacted used, he would have suffered emotional distress caused by funeral reps who were only focused on up selling. William Spence was refreshingly different: he really listened, was plain spoken and clear about his services and costs, and respectful of our wishes. He consistently met our needs and he and his wife went above & beyond delivering my mother's ashes personally to my father. The cost was reasonable, especially viewed after the fact, realizing they were there for us to make a very difficult task smooth & unobtrusive. If you need a funeral service, I highly recommend you save yourself from some of the worst, but surprisingly common, businesses practices in this industry and put the care of your loved one in the hands of these kind and trustworthy professionals.
